I led the full development lifecycle and launch of an ML-powered enterprise platform deployed at major financial institutions. My work involved setting out the features to fit into the broader product roadmap, mapping out the technical requirements for the product in collaboration with the engineering team, driving stakeholder buy-in, including critical requirements such as support, security, privacy, and auditing, and backlog grooming to ensure features were built on time. This product has a revenue of over $2 million and has currently saved clients over $10 million in blocked fraudulent transactions.
I was responsible for ensuring that the development team was working according to the roadmap established during regular planning and client feedback sessions. I performed research on clients’ requirements and competitors’ movements. Features of my authorship allowed my team to acquire its most valuable clients.
I analyzed product metrics - uptime, requests per minute - performance, and customer feedback using tools such as SQL.
